My Story

Rooted in Authentic Indian Yoga

My journey began in India, where yoga has always been more than a physical practice—it is a way of life. Growing up surrounded by yogic traditions, breathing practices, and spiritual rituals, yoga naturally became part of my everyday living. These early experiences shaped my understanding of balance, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.

Over the years, I deepened this foundation through traditional learning under experienced teachers, where yoga was taught as a complete system involving asanas, pranayama, meditation, and inner awareness. This lineage of learning emphasized discipline, conscious breathing, and the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.

After moving to the United States, I observed that yoga was often practiced primarily as a fitness routine, with less focus on breath, awareness, and traditional wisdom. This inspired me to bring authentic Indian yoga to modern lifestyles. My intention is to preserve the cultural and therapeutic essence of yoga while making it accessible, safe, and meaningful for people of all backgrounds.
